We welcome parents to ask as many questions as possible to help ease concerns they might have in regards to their children’s teeth from oral hygiene habits, thumb sucking and tooth alignment.

Sometimes the back teeth have deep pits and grooves that can be difficult to clean. An effective way to prevent decay in these teeth is to place a preventative fissure sealant, which fills the pits and acts as a barrier to plaque and bacteria.

This is a common preventative treatment for children to prevent early decay.
